Welcome!
Hi. Welcome and thanks for visiting. I've been building the site since Sept 2006 and it's a work in progress. My aim is to get the best pics I can of as many species as possible - birds, insects, animals and plants. There's 1300 up now. Click on a heading on the left then as you work through the folders, click on each picture to get a "Lightbox" view and some notes.
"Latest" is my holding area for recent shots, this is updated most regularly, Though I have been a bit lax lately and have a bit of a backlog to sort for here. "Miscellaneous" is a mixed selection of some of my own favourites. The picture below is a Red Deer taken during the Autumn rutt in Richmond park.

There is a "Norfolk 2010" page from our Spring break there, under "Breaks 2010" and theres 3 pages of Kenya pics under "Breaks 2009" - Beasts, Birds and Misc. The Break pages by year cover all species and a few views from our holidays. The Birds, Bugs, Beasts and Botany pages cover different families. There's just a few plants so far, and I have some new bird family pages to add - lots still to do!
Please leave a message in the Guest book, it's nice to know what people think, and suggestions and comments are welcome, or to contact me with any sales queries, e-mail me on martindparr@hotmail.com. Please do not use any of the photos for any purpose without my written permission, I retain all rights.
I regularly go out taking photo's with my good mate Jim, and he has a website too, so if you like my pics, take a look at his here.
And just in case you are wondering why there's no shots of tourists on holiday or plates of food - I'm not that Martin Parr! ;0)
Thanks for visiting and do come back soon!
Cheers,Martin updated 10/02/2011
